Cook Family

Meet the Cook family - Matt, Kiera, Alex, Jossy, Weston, and Zadie! With the belief that learning happens naturally and at its own pace, this family has chosen to unschool their children. Alex, 18, is thriving in their first year at WSU. Jossy, 12, is a budding artist and spends most of their time drawing and playing with friends. Weston, 10, loves video games, science, and finding out how things work. The youngest, Zadie, aged 7, is a curious and gentle spirit, always exploring and learning through play. The Cooks believe in living life to the fullest, and their unschooling approach allows their children to learn and grow in a way that is meaningful to them.
